Went to the deck for dinner and the food was great, but the real reason they get 5 stars is because of the service. My wife is currently breastfeeding and can’t eat dairy and when we asked about the menu the staff went above and beyond to confirm for us which meals were dairy free. A lot of other places wouldn’t have gone to the extent that this team did, and we really appreciated that.

Every time we visit it's always a friendly vibe, music is at a good level too. Food & drinks on point, especially the cocktails. Balcony is great to chill out on with mates.

Food and beverages were delicious, the place becomes more lively the later it gets. The service was excellent all very friendly. They also have great deals, very budget friendly!

Honestly my first time time having the Parmas from the deck and I don't think I've never had a Parma this good before, if you haven't tried them yet what are you even doing with your life, it literary cured my depression. They have the best Parmas the best drinks and even better they have the best staff, 100% the best place ever!!!

Come here on Thursdays for $19 wing night and it’s our favourite time of the week!!!! Abbie always gives the best service hands down she makes our dinner experience 10 time more enjoyable by her bubbly personality!!!!!

The deck Parmas are the best in town by farrr, they get their Parmas straight from the butchers so they are more fresh than anywhere else in Ballarat I reckon. Dillan and Mich in the kitchen put so much love into the food and it really shows. And Mowee and Abbie on the bar have the best service and make absolutely killer cocktails. 10/10 recommend, if you haven't been for a Parma night yet, you ain't living life.
